Our neighborhood thrives when we all take part in decisions that shape it. There are 3 ways to vote this year, as long as you vote in writing.
You have your ballot, now let’s make it easy to vote by email.
Here’s what to do:
-> Copy and paste the email below.
-> Fill in with your name, address, lot number, and signature.
-> We have added our recommended votes for this process; you can update these with your choices.

You need to know:
One ballot per household belongs to person(s) of record for the home.
We added that the email replaces the mail in ballot just in case the mail ballot arrives later than expected.
You can change your vote.
Email votes are counted exactly the same as in-person or mail-in ballots.
Please be sure to follow the format exactly so your vote is verified and included.
There are 4 board positions open, please vote for up to 4 candidates
Votes must be received by Nov 18 to count.
Try to use the same email address you’ve registered with the HOA.

Whether you’ve lived here for decades or just moved in, your vote matters. It’s how we keep Ken Lake the vibrant, respectful, and inclusive community we all value.
If you have questions about the process, reach out to friendsofkenlake@gmail.com — Evan and Elle monitor this email, and we’re happy to help.
Let’s make this another year of active participation and good governance.
