How To Appeal a Fine

Covenant enforcement is a very big deal and can lead to large fines. After receiving a warning letter or a fine, it is important to respond to the board if you feel that an error was made, or if you need to request an extension. We are providing the appeal form and a general overview of the process, and what to look for, here as a resource for neighbors. Ken Lake's LCC provides an appeal form, which can be filled out and returned to VIS at info@vismangement.com. Please complete this step promptly, and contact either VIS or a member of the board if you have questions or want to confirm your submission.
